CHEFSLANDING / KITCHEN NOTES
Recipe translation for kitchen teams
Start with a checked recipe. Prepare a translation into Simplified Chinese, English, Mexican Spanish or French, review it and export a working PDF.
Paste your notes or choose photos. Everything stays in one document.
Up to 50 sources. Select several photos or add more later. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC; up to 10 MiB each.
Checking recognition service…
Edits and saved translations stay on this device. AI organization and translation send the selected recipe content to the listed service.
Unchecked notes stay labelled as drafts in the PDF.
Print & translation settings
Translate the included records. Quantities and units stay unchanged. Saved translations are reused for downloads.
Text content
From recipe photos to a document you can use
- Read recipe photos
- Upload photos or paste text to organise ingredients, quantities and preparation steps. Compare the result with your source; unclear handwriting and AI readings need your review.
- Translate recipes
- Translate checked records into Simplified Chinese, English, Mexican Spanish or French. Quantities and units are kept unchanged during translation. Review culinary terms and instructions before use.
- Scale ingredient quantities
- Set a multiplier or use a target ingredient quantity to calculate a batch. Supported ingredient quantities scale together; per-piece quantities stay fixed. Numbers in preparation text still need checking. Unit conversion depends on the unit definition and, for weight ↔ volume, the ingredient’s density.
- Export a printable PDF
- Combine the included notes into one A4 or US Letter PDF. Preview, download or open it to print. Manual editing, scaling and PDF export do not use AI credits; recognition and translation use the current allowance or purchased credits.
How the workflow fits together
Photo or text
Start with your own recipe photo or pasted kitchen notes.
Checked document
Check the source, edit the record, then choose translation and batch size as needed.
PDF for the kitchen
Preview the included records and download one printable document.
Review the language before the next service
- Paste your recipe below or add a photo, then check the source record.
- In export settings, choose the document language and request a translation when AI is available.
- Compare culinary terms, ingredient names and preparation with the original. Confirm the translation before using its PDF in the kitchen.
Translation uses AI allowance and needs review. It keeps source quantities and units unchanged; it does not correct an incomplete recipe or fill in missing instructions.
