Privacy notice — MVP
ChefsLanding is independently operated by Chef Kan during the MVP. We use submitted information to review and coordinate hospitality collaborations. Questions and data requests can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect
We collect professional or venue information, opportunity and project details, private contact details, consent records, review status and internal review notes. We do not ask for passports, bank-card details or unnecessary identity documents. A source IP is used only to create a one-way hash for submission rate limiting.

Why we use it
Information is used for human review, source and relevance checks, replies, publication decisions, consent-based introductions, China Desk scoping, service operation and security. We do not sell submitted data, use it for advertising profiles or make legally significant decisions solely by automation.

What may be public or shared
Nothing is published automatically. Approved professional, venue or opportunity fields may be published after review. Private contact details and commercial terms are shared only with mutual consent, when necessary for an accepted China Desk scope, or when disclosure is legally required.

Infrastructure, notifications and analytics
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores submissions and runs the private review tools. Resend receives only a reference ID, submission type, language, time and review link to send the operator an alert; it does not receive the submitter's name, contact details or form answers. These providers may process data in the regions where they operate. The public site uses local browser storage only to remember language preference. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views, referrers, country, device, browser and page performance without analytics cookies, analytics local storage or individual fingerprinting. We do not use advertising pixels or build advertising profiles.

Retention and your choices
Records are kept only while needed to review, communicate, operate the service, document consent or handle an active collaboration. They are reviewed and deleted or restricted when those purposes end. To ask for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, email [email protected] with the reference ID, preferably from the submission email. We may verify the request before changing private information.
