MVP terms

These terms apply to the current ChefsLanding MVP, independently operated by Chef Kan. They do not replace a written China Desk service agreement.

    Using the open network

    Browsing and submitting profiles, opportunities or expressions of interest are free during the MVP. Submitters must provide accurate information, have authority to submit it and respect other people's rights. Every submission is reviewed; ChefsLanding may decline, edit with permission, pause or remove material and does not promise publication.

    Review and introductions

    Checks describe only what was actually verified and are not a blanket endorsement of skill, reputation or project outcome. Private contact details are exchanged only after the relevant sides agree. Each party remains responsible for its own due diligence, contract, permits, immigration, tax, insurance, food safety and working arrangements.

    China Desk

    Submitting a request is free. Paid work begins only after a written scope, fee, contracting party and governing terms are accepted. A service fee pays for defined work, not a guaranteed reply or result. Any brokerage success fee applies only when it is separately agreed in writing. ChefsLanding does not currently take payment through the website.

  4. 04

    Role and availability

    Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, ChefsLanding is not the employer, venue, insurer, immigration adviser or a party to the collaboration between users. The MVP may change, pause or be unavailable, and no target person or restaurant is required to respond or proceed.

    Current contracting status

    Chef Kan is the responsible MVP operator. The website alone does not create a paid engagement. Before any fee is accepted, the written agreement will identify the service provider, scope, price, governing law and dispute terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
