Refund policy

A 14-day money-back guarantee for Kitchen Notes one-time packs, when purchases are available.

  1. Request within 14 days

    Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the Kitchen Notes order reference or PayPal transaction reference. Do not send card details. The guarantee is not limited to completely unused packs.

  2. Processing a refund

    We review refund requests and return approved payments through PayPal to the original payment method. Timing depends on PayPal and the payment method; bank credit is not instant. Once the refund is confirmed, the corresponding remaining uses are withdrawn. Previously downloaded PDFs are unaffected.

  3. Failed AI processing

    A service timeout, provider error, invalid result or unreadable/no-kitchen result returns the reserved AI unit. This is an allowance correction, not a cash refund. Contact support for a clearly defective result that was counted as successful.

  4. After 14 days and your rights

    Contact support for a duplicate charge, undelivered service or other problem even after 14 days. Applicable mandatory refund, withdrawal and dispute rights remain in place, including rights available through PayPal.
