A person reviews what can move forward.
We check identity, relevance and the boundary between public and private information. Review never becomes a blanket promise of skill or outcome.

Consent comes before contact or paid work.
The open network exchanges private contact only when both sides agree. China Desk begins an approach only after you accept a written scope and quote.

Continue directly, or ask for help when it is useful.
Both sides may run the collaboration themselves. China Desk remains available for finding, approaching, negotiating or moving an agreed project forward.
