← Back to directory

A researched professional record. Inclusion does not confirm representation, availability or interest in a new project.

At a glance

Sorn opened in Bangkok in 2018 to explore southern Thai ingredients, cultures and memories. Chef-owner Ice Jongsiri developed the project with Yodkwan U-Prumpruk after earlier work with his family’s Baan Ice.[1]

Cooking & identity

Uncompromising southern Thai spice, carefully sequenced temperatures and traditional techniques, interpreted through a highly detailed tasting menu.[1]

Why this profile is included

An archived MICHELIN Dining Series partnership with Jay Fai documents a concrete meeting between southern Thai fine dining and Bangkok street-food craft.[2] [3] [4]
